The service here was very good leading to a pleasant stay, and the bedroom was comfortable.

It offered very good service and good food too. The room was comfy, warm with separate bathroom, a separate WC plus big comfy bed, I was pleased. The staff was helpful and efficient and made me feel at home.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were very rude.

Hotel lobby staff tries to direct guests to restaurant in hotel when I asked for directions to good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Got food poisoning eating seafood in the "hotel" brasserie.

The staff are extraordinarily helpful. Rooms are modern and first rate. Breakfasts were wonderful.

We really enjoyed its comfortable and excellent location adjacent to Saint-Brieuc and the Normandy battlefields. Our room was fairly quiet and warm, with a bath and balcony.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived.We thought the hotel was in an ideal position for exploring the town.Our room was tastefully decorated & very comfortable.I had asked for a shower not bath because of mobility problems- we had a large shower & bathroom.

Parking is a bit of a problem- having to move the car every 15 hours is inconvenient.Howver we do appreciate that it is very difficult in a pedestrian area to provide parking.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to restaurants, Saint-Brieuc, and the train station. the comfort double room was perfect, with great amenities like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The staff was very helpful and they patiently listened our bad French and turned their language to English only if we didn´t understand. Almost every member of staff spoke fluent English.

Car access is complicated.

I enjoyed having a balcony and all I wanted being accessible. I also appreciated the call from reception to tell me as soon as the water had been turned back on.

Stayed for 1 night in this nice place, thoroughly enjoyed that. The food was fab. The staff were efficient and flexible. The service was very good throughout our stay. The hotel was adjacent to the bistro/cafe, the train station and pedestrian area.

The venue exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend it. the helpful service and excellent location made our stay very comfortable. the hotel is just a short walk to bistro/cafes, train station, and is centrally located in the city. the entire staff were pleasant and nice, which added to our positive experience.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting a 58m-high tower nearby. the room was well-equipped with a flat screen TV, seating area, and writing table. the bed was very comfortable. the food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. the service provided was excellent.
